Overview

Qualcomm's Qcamera™ firmware is a cost-effective camera solution that delivers high-quality imaging and flexible image manipulation, as well as rich features comparable to those found on digital still cameras (DSC).

The Qcamera engine is integrated into select Qualcomm Mobile Station Modem™ (MSM™) chipsets, ensuring compatibility with other applications in the Qualcomm multimedia suite of applications. Third-party developers can access the Qcamera functionality with Qualcomm's BREW® API to create new camera-based applications for services on all BREW and other wireless networks.

• Save pictures to FLASH or MMC or export images as textures for 3D graphics
